Tavish + Travis | Graye’s Greenhouse Intimate Wedding | Metro Detroit Wedding Photographer

After their winter engagement, Tavish and Travis were ready to make their commitment official on a beautiful day at Graye's Greenhouse in Plymouth, Michigan. The weather was exactly what you hope for on your wedding day, plenty of sun with a slight breeze. It is not typical that I meet the couple for the very first time on their wedding day, but Tavish and Travis are so sweet, I felt like we knew each other for years!

The day started with Tavish's first look with her dad, Kevin. Tavish is the last of four daughters to get married and when I asked Kevin if it was bittersweet to be giving away his last daughter, he said not at all and that he was so excited for the day and to see Tavish so happy. How sweet is that! Next, it was time for her first look with Travis. With a big smile, he turned to greet his bride and it was such a special moment to witness as Travis was beaming with joy. In the greenhouse, everything feels that much more sacred and intimate, surrounded only by the lush greenery and sunlight. A greenhouse might be what most people consider to be an unconventional venue, but truly can be a great place for an intimate wedding.

After capturing some photos of the couple and their wedding party, it was time for the ceremony to begin! Tavish looked beautiful as she made her way down the aisle. She wore her mom's wedding veil, which paired perfectly with her chic beaded wedding dress. Tavish and Travis exchanged very sweet vows, sealed their union with a kiss, and then everyone continued the celebration at Genitti's Hole-In-The-Wall. Genitti's is known for their delicious authentic Italian food so everyone enjoyed dinner, cake and dancing to end the night. Beneath the strings of lights and surrounded by their closest friends and family, it was a wonderful start to Tavish and Travis' next chapter of life together! Congratulations Tavish and Travis!
