Hope and Lee's beautiful July wedding day was straight out of a bridal magazine dream. They planned a day that was so elegant and fun. Everyone had a blast dancing the night away, especially Lee, who is known for his wild dance moves!

The day started with them both getting ready with their respective wedding parties at their hotel. Hope incorporated a clutch from her mom and jewelry gifted by her groom. Her shoes also looked so comfortable and chic, Hope looked stunning and ready for a fun day ahead! Hope is very close with her family, especially her mom and aunt, so incorporating them all as much as possible was very important. Hope's foot tattoo is her late father's name, in his handwriting, and they also reserved a chair for him at the reception to keep his memory close by during this special day. Hope and Lee met for their first look at Sycamore Hills, it was a picturesque summer day. When I say Lee had the absolute best reaction to seeing Hope for the very first time, it is no exaggeration. Seeing him so in awe of his bride was truly heartwarming. We captured some moments of just the two of them before jumping on some golf carts to join their wedding party for some fun photos. I love when everyone is able to let loose and have fun together. Since a lot of their wedding party had been friends for decades, it came naturally for everyone to feel comfortable and have a good time together.

Hope and Lee's outdoor ceremony was a beautiful testament of their love for each other and their reception was kicked off by some great and hilarious speeches by the two best men, maid and matron of honor. The ballroom was decorated with close attention to detail and set the stage for a wonderful evening. The couple incorporated an anniversary dance to get the party started and the longest-married couple has been married for 49 years! We also snuck away for some quick night portraits beneath the string light ambiance. I loved capturing them dancing together and Hope's dress twirling beneath the lights. I highly recommend evening portraits to any couple, it makes for some stunning photos and timeless memories. It was an honor to be a part of Hope and Lee's wedding day. I am wishing you both a minimum of 49 wonderful years together, and many happy memories in your next chapter together as husband and wife!
