Megs and Matt's engagement session was a beautiful fall evening walking around downtown Detroit. It was a crisp and quiet fall day, the air filled with the nostalgic melodies of Yellowcard, providing the perfect soundtrack for our sessions.
We started at the vibrant and artistic space known as The Belt, where the city's energy blended seamlessly with the couple's infectious joy. As we strolled through Grand Circus Park, the quiet ambiance allowed their connection to take center stage. Megs and Matt, hand in hand, embraced the peace of the moment, with the breathtaking fall foliage setting the perfect scene.
As we headed over to Tiger's Stadium to capture a few photographs, their laughter resonated in the air, a testament to the joy they bring to each other's lives. As we talked about their love story, Megs told me that they found each other at the right time, becoming each other's yin and yang. It's the kind of connection that feels destined, like two puzzle pieces fitting perfectly together.
We ended our session at the top of the Z Lot, capturing stunning photos above the city as the sun dipped below the horizon. The warm hues of the setting sun painted the sky. As we wrapped up the evening, the anticipation for their upcoming wedding at the Crofoot in Pontiac in June, hung in the air. I can't wait to capture all the love and excitement then!
